Our nation, state, and community is at a critical stage. The US Constitution is our anchor. Applying the Constitution to current issues is Dr. Proctor’s specialty. In this presentation, Dr. Proctor will be covering key elements in his book Saving the Constitution. It is recommended that attendees follow along in their own copy of the book. $12/copy at this event only.

Dr. Proctor has been active in budget, finance, and constitutional studies for over 55 years. He has a Master’s Degree in economics and a PhD in political economics. He is well-read and has used his vast knowledge to write and have published a 2200-page, 6-volume series entitled Liberty Will It Survive The 21st Century. His crowning achievement is his book Saving The Constitution published in 2019.
